INGREDIENTS

Cream Bleach: Aqua (Water), Cetearyl Alcohol, Paraffinum Liquidum, Octyldodecanol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ceteareth-12, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Extract, Phenacetin, Phosphoric Acid,Tetrasodium Etidronate.
Activator Powder: Ammonium Bicarbonate, Silica

DIRECTIONS & PRECAUTIONS

Our 4 easy steps to camouflage unwanted dark hair

Wash the area to be treated with soap and cool water. Pat dry.

step2

Dispense 1 teaspoon of cream bleach powder into the mixing tray provided. Wash and dry spatula thoroughly to avoid any contamination in the next step. Add a half teaspoon of sensitive activator and mix thoroughly. Replace both lids tightly.

Using the spatula, apply mixture to area ensuring that the hair is well coated. Do not rub into the skin. Allow 15 minutes for the actives to work.

Remove with a damp facecloth and rinse the area thoroughly with cool water. Wash the enclosed mixing tray and spatula thoroughly and dry well.

If the hair is not as light as you would like, re-apply the mixture for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. For larger quantities, increase amounts proportionally.

PRECAUTIONS

  • NB - this is a hair bleach and not a skin bleach.
  • As with most topical products, it’s essential to complete a patch test before application to determine your skin’s compatibility. Following directions below, apply mixture to a small area to be treated. Wait 24 hours. If your skin is calm and comfortable, proceed as normal.
  • Do not use a metal spoon when preparing the mixture.
  • Once the mixture has been made, it must be used within 30 minutes.
  • If your hair is very dark, the first application may not bleach it sufficiently. Successive daily treatments will give the desired pale colour.
  • Pigmentation on upper lip or facial areas may occur if used on dry or dehydrated skin, if too much activator is used, or left on skin for too long. This is temporary and will fade after a few days. Always apply a soothing and nourishing cream to the affected area after use. Keep skin well moisturised between bleaching sessions.
  • Do not apply mixture after a hot bath as open pores make your skin particularly sensitive.
  • Contains hydrogen peroxide and may cause discolouration if spilt.
  • Do not use on breasts, eyebrows, eyelashes, near the eyes, on perianal or genital areas, on moles, broken, irritated, infected skin or skin that is dry, dehydrated, or sunburnt.
  • If you experience skin irritation, discontinue use.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

How safe is it to use Sensitive Cream Bleach – I have a teenager with dark facial hair?

Mandy’s Sensitive Cream Bleach is a hair bleach and is perfectly safe to use to camouflage unwanted hair on the body as well as delicate areas like the face. We don’t recommend using the product on broken skin.

I have sensitive skin. Will my skin react to the cream bleach?

This formulation is suitable for sensitive skins. That said, it’s essential to conduct a patch test first in order to determine skin compatability.

How should I prepare my skin before using Sensitive Cream Bleach?

Before using bleach, ensure that your skin is smooth, supple, hydrated and healthy. We recommend doing a patch test before use, particularly for those with exceptionally sensitive or reactive skins.

There seemed to be a stain or dark mark on my skin after using this product – how can I get rid of this?

If your skin is dry or dehydrated, a slight change in skin tone may occur after use of the product. This should fade within 48 – 72 hours.

I didn’t get the desired result I was hoping for, is it safe to repeat a treatment?

If your hair is very dark, you may not get the desired result after the first application. We suggest waiting 24 hours before repeated application.
