Smooth, hair-free skin is as simple as 1, 2, 3

Ensure that you have read the cautions prior to use, and carried out a patch test. Apply a layer of cream, ensuring the hair is fully coated. Do not rub in but allow the product to remain on the skin surface.

Wait for 8 minutes, then test a small area to see if the hair removes easily. If not, leave on a little longer but do not exceed 12 minutes in total.

Remove the cream with a damp cotton wool or soft facecloth. Make sure all traces of the cream are removed. Finally rinse the area thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Be gentle with your skin immediately after removing hair - avoid harsh sunlight, or products containing fragrance or alcohol for around 8 hours

What is the difference between a cream and a lotion, can they be used in the same areas?

Yes, absolutely, they both can be used in the same areas. A cream is generally thicker in texture and covers smaller areas, such as underarm and bikini. A lotion is slightly “runnier” and covers larger area such as legs.

Can I use this cream on sensitive and intimate areas?

This product is safe for sensitive and intimate areas but it’s essential to conduct a patch test in those areas first before carrying out a full removal. Please ensure that you do not apply the product near mucous membranes or directly on the anus. This product is not recommended for use on the face.

How should I prepare my skin before using a hair removal cream?

The product works best on well-kept moisturised skin. We recommend exfoliating 24 hours before using the product as dry, scaly skin will compromise the efficacy of the product.

What is the best routine I should follow to ensure that I have a perfect hair removal experience?

Certain areas of the body can be more sensitive that others, and its different for every individual. For instance, the skin on your bikini line, underarms can be more sensitive than wider areas such as legs. The product works best on clean, dry skin. That said, it is not advisable to use a hair removal cream or lotion immediately after a hot bath, as the pores, as the pores will be dilated. Also ensure the skin is free of oiliness and residue from products like moisturisers and sunscreen

Why should I use a Hair Removal cream in place of a razor?

When using a hair removal cream, you will achieve smoother, softer skin. Hair is removed just below the skin surface making regrowth longer. The feathered hair tips created when wiping off the lotion also make regrowth softer to the touch.

Why at times does the cream discolour once the tube has been opened?

Oxidisation may occur if the lid of the tube is not closed tightly, once used ensure that the lid is secured

How and when do I perform a patch test?

It is important to timeously do a patch test 24 hours before you want to remove your hair. Apply the product to a small section of the area from which you wish to remove the hair. Do not rub in. Leave for 8 minutes and remove with a damp cloth. Wait 24 hours – if the skin is calm and comfortable, then proceed the removal to the desired area.

If I have used this product previously, why should I still do a patch test each every time I use it?

It is necessary to do a patch test each and every time you want to remove hair, as the skin may have been subjected to various conditions such as sun or wind burn, stress, medication etc. These can cause the skin to be react to the product in a different manner to the time before.

How soon can I repeat the hair removal treatment, if all my hair has not initially been removed?

Due to sensitivity of the skin you should wait 2 – 3 days before attempting to remove hair in the same area.

After I have removed my hair from my underarm, is it safe to use a deodorant?

In order to avoid skin irritation, never use alcohol-based products before, during or after hair removal. Dust with a talc if necessary.

I have had a reaction to the hair removal cream, what must I do?

Rinse the area thoroughly with cool water. Apply a soothing balm like an Aloe Vera gel. If the symptoms persist, please seek medical advice.
