We have identified a problem in that the hair removal cream is separating. We want to emphasise that while this may make the product messy to use and potentially less effective, it remains completely safe for use.

We are so sorry to do this, but we have taken this decision due to this quality concern. We stand behind the quality of all Mandy’s products, and the quality of this batch is not up to scratch. You deserve better.

  • The issue: The cream is separating. This means it has an inconsistent texture that may affect the application and efficacy of the product.

  • The batch number (BN number) is located on the flip side of the tube and on the carton.
