Tackling Hyperpigmentation With Technology
Pigmentation is the colouring of our skin, the one we are born it, the one we keep covered by our underwear and costumes. It’s our natural, given colour. An increase of pigmentation, called hyperpigmentation, causes our skin, or an area of our skin, to become darker in colour. Hyperpigmentation can be caused by a number of factors including sun (damage), hormones, genes, medication and skin damage or trauma. Some of these can be controlled or avoided, others not.
